Lamborghini Minneapolis Senior Service Advisor

Compensation: On Target earnings $100,000+

Position Summary

Lamborghini Minneapolis is seeking a highly professional and client-focused Senior Service Advisor to lead the service experience for our Lamborghini clients. This role is responsible for managing client communication, service recommendations, repair order development, workflow coordination, and follow-up throughout the entire service process.

The Senior Service Advisor serves as the key connection between our clients and the service department, ensuring every interaction reflects the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized care expected of a Lamborghini dealership.

This position requires someone who can balance exceptional client service with strong service sales performance, technical understanding, organization, and operational urgency. The ideal candidate is confident communicating complex service needs, proactive in identifying opportunities, and committed to building long-term relationships with high-value clients.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the service experience, from initial vehicle check-in through final delivery.
  • Greet clients professionally and create a personalized, high-end service experience.
  • Conduct detailed vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document mileage, VIN, vehicle condition, and client concerns.
  • Write accurate and comprehensive repair orders based on client concerns, recommended maintenance, and required repairs.
  • Communicate service recommendations, repair timelines, and costs clearly and confidently.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and technicians, ensuring accurate information is communicated and expectations are clearly established.
  • Coordinate active repair work and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the service process.
  • Prospect and sell dealership services by identifying maintenance, repair, and additional service opportunities.
  • Utilize TruVideo and applicable estimate tools to clearly communicate vehicle condition and recommended services.
  • Coordinate service completion, vehicle staging, transportation needs, and final delivery.
  • Execute timely and personalized follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat service business.
  • Partner closely with service administration and technicians to maintain efficient workflow and maximize service opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure service activity is properly recorded within dealership systems.
  • Monitor service performance and maintain expectations for service hours sold and client satisfaction.
  • Support pre-delivery activities and other service-related operational needs as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of service needs with urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair, maintenance recommendations, service timelines, and repair costs.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell automotive services and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with technicians, service administration, and dealership leadership.
  • Experience using automotive dealership systems and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Position is contingent upon successful completion of background check and MVR review.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Luxury or exotic automotive service experience.
  • Experience working with Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, or other highline brands.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or within a luxury retail environment.
  • Experience with Tekion, Reynolds & Reynolds, or comparable Dealer Management Systems.
  • Experience using digital inspection, video, and electronic estimate tools.
  • Demonstrated history of strong service sales performance and client satisfaction.
EQUIPMENT & SUPPORT
  • Lamborghini Minneapolis will provide dealership systems, service management tools, communication resources, digital inspection and estimating technology, and necessary operational support.
  • Access to manufacturer and dealership resources necessary to accurately support client service needs.

  • Maintain client satisfaction at or above applicable CSI expectations.
  • Build repeat service business through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate repair orders, estimates, documentation, and client communications.
  • Minimize missed expectations, communication gaps, and service delays.
  • Maintain efficient service workflow from vehicle check-in through final delivery.
  • Consistently deliver a luxury-level client experience.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
  • Reports directly to Service Manager / Parts & Service Leadership.
  • Works closely with technicians, service administration, Parts & Service leadership, Sales, Business Office/Front Desk, and external vendors as needed.
