Job Description

To help us keep our ducks in a row, Lakeshore's Customer Support Group could use the support of a full-time Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment! If you are an incredibly organized and outcome-oriented individual who wants to learn new skills in a challenging yet fun environment-and you have a passion for helping others and pitching in wherever needed-then don't pass up this opportunity! A day on the job looks like this:

  • Reviewing and managing Customer Care Associate (CCA) timecards and payroll
  • Running and analyzing various reports to support daily team operations
  • Booking CCA travel, retrieving travel invoice and completing reconciliation
  • Managing team accounts and expenses, including monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Assisting with onboarding tasks for new CCAs
  • Conducting vendor research, handling bookings and reconciling invoices
  • Creating and updating Salesforce records as needed
  • Assisting with expense reports and invoice approvals
  • Performing departmental analysis and reporting
  • Supporting the team and management in daily activities and tasks
  • Jumping into time-sensitive projects wherever and whenever needed
  • Showing flexibility and a willingness to learn
Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy (extra points if you can actually juggle!)
  • Strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience in customer support is preferred
  • Quick learner and strong desire to help others
  • Egoless, collaborative approach to producing great work

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $16.90-$20 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
