This position is only for those interested in the Inquiry to Practice Program at TriPoint or Lake West Medical Centers โ€“ Earn up to 12K in bonuses

Are you looking to enhance your career in healthcare?

University Hospitals, in partnership with Lakeland Community College and Kent State University - Ashtabula (KSU-A), is offering a new Registered Nurse (RN) Apprenticeship program to obtain the education and skills needed to become an RN at UH Lake West and UH Tripoint Medical Centers.

This program will follow a milestone model where selected candidates will receive tiered bonuses as certain milestones are achieved, earning up to 12K. The candidate will be hired into a Patient Care Nursing Assistant (PCNA) role with a minimum work commitment of 24hrs every 6-week schedule. Upon successful completion of an RN program at Lakeland Community College or Kent State University โ€“ Ashtabula and receipt of RN licensure, the employee will be promoted to a UH Medical-Surgical RN with a 1-year work commitment at UH Lake West or UH Tripoint Medical Centers.
