Job description

Evergreen Requisition Notice This is an evergreen job posting. We continuously accept applications for this role to build a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings. SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for a variety of daily functions related to the pick and pack process for the Distribution Center for Fragrance.com.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Retrieve products from shelves based on item number according to order on scanner gun with accuracy and efficiency
  • Stage items correctly in appropriate boxes for delivery
  • Pack warehouse orders as necessary in a timely manner
  • Locate mis-picks and missing product.
  • Prepare packed orders for shipment i.e., paper-fill boxes, stack and wrap pallets, etc.
  • Box making
  • Follow safety procedures and maintains safe work environment
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Basic understanding of numbers and letters
  • Willing and able to be on your feet and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be physically capable to bend, squat, reach, and climb ladders
  • Ability to carry, push, pull 20+ lbs
  • The ability to work under varying (and sometimes extreme) temperature changes
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime during the company’s busiest periods (i.e., November and December)
