  • Develop and execute annual relationship and revenue growth plans in partnership with the VP of Rentals.
  • Monitor portfolio performance by reviewing commission and show reports, resolving client concerns, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business.
  • Partner with Project Management to ensure accurate quotations, equipment reservations, order details, and seamless execution from booking through invoicing.
  • Champion Christie Lites' business practices, including the Official Rental Product Line and the One Contact-One Rep client model.
  • Operate independently while collaborating with the VP of Rentals, National Rentals Manager, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client service.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in stage lighting, production, related entertainment/event industry sales or relationship-based B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success sourcing your own leads, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong technical understanding of lighting equipment, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including evenings and weekends to client sites and events.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are

  • Self-directed, decisive, and comfortable managing your own book of business.
  • A skilled negotiator who closes deals and follows through on commitments.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on financial and administrative accuracy.
  • Genuinely passionate about entertainment lighting and live production.

What We Offer

  • Uncapped earning potential for high performers.
  • An unrestricted, relationship-based portfolio model, with no regional or sector limits on growth.
  • Support from an experienced international team across Project Management, Accounting, and Operations.
  • The backing of a 35+ year industry leader serving Trade Shows, Corporate & Special Events, Film & TV, Concert & Theatrical Touring, and Education/Arts clients.
