WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our practice at the FPN Obstetrics & Gynecology Crown Point located in Crown Point, Indiana. Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

  • Flexible, fulltime clinic hours

  • Shared call rotation with 7 other physicians

  • Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day

  • Average inpatient volume: varies

  • Average deliveries: 6 - 7 per month

  • Level III NICU staffed by Luries Childrens Hospital neonatologists

  • Onsite MFM support available

  • Willingness to collaborate with advanced practice providers/certified nurse midwives

  • Ultrasound on site

  • Lactation consultant on site

  • Proficiency in Da Vinci Robotic surgeries is preferred

  • Experienced clinical support staff

  • Strong collegial support

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate Required

  • Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required and

  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required and

  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required and

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
