Job description

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is currently seeking an Outpatient Youth Therapist in Hendricks County. This position will join an established clinical team providing therapy and coordinating treatment in outpatient setting.
You MUST reside in or be willing to relocate to Indiana.
Duties Include:
  • Provide ongoing individual, family and group therapy primarily to children and adolescents
  • Formulate treatment plans
  • Complete diagnostic assessment

Education and Experience:
  • A master's degree in (MSW) Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist is required
  • Must have a minimum of a temporary license, associate license (LSW, LMHCa, LMFTa, or LAC), or have a clinical license (LCSW, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT)
