Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Professional Software: Equipment control and measurement tools (LabView, CANalyzer, CANape, CAN, CAN FD),

MS Office Tools, Python, MATLAB

Knowledge of specific software for operation of testing equipment and data evaluation (AVL Lynx, VisuaLCN) preferred.

Experience in testing battery systems preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

General:

Execute in-house testing, consult and supervise external testing of advanced systems

Assure compliance of test equipment and processes to IATF 16949:2016 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

Planning, coordination with project team and laboratory manager, documentation, presentation / communication

Contribute to customer requirements clarification, support project teams in meetings

Battery Testing:

Analysis and archive of measured data received from third parties, e.g. external labs

Consultant for battery testing and test specifications; internal and external labs

Responsible for the correctness and compliance of battery testing and testing results.

Responsible for data processing and report writing

Execute test procedures at internal laboratory and ensure execution at the external labs according to specification

Observe 5S and workplace safety protocols
