We are seeking a highenergy Technical Team Lead to take charge of an existing, midstage testsystem development effort and lead a focused team of 47 engineers through the remaining design, integration, prototyping, EMI qualification, and verification phases. Requirements are fully defined; the lead will drive the implementation of RF, software (LabVIEW-based) and hardware architectures, manage rapid hardwaresoftware prototyping, and ensure rigorous verification against systemlevel test specifications. In addition to overseeing configuration control and continuousintegration processes, the role carries full Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibility under EVMS and requires frequent briefings and presentations to senior leadership and the U.S. Government customer. This fastpaced, highvisibility assignment offers significant growth potential for a selfmotivated technical leader.
