Nous recherchons un Chef d’équipe technique expérimenté pour rejoindre notre laboratoire d’essais à Saint-Hubert, relevant directement du Directeur de l’ingénierie. Ce poste consiste à développer, soutenir et optimiser des solutions techniques dans les secteurs de l’énergie et de l’industrie, en mettant l’accent sur la qualité, la sécurité et le travail d’équipe. SICAME est un groupe industriel international spécialisé dans les équipements et solutions électriques pour le transport et la distribution d’énergie. Responsabilités principales

• Diriger, encadrer et mobiliser l’équipe du laboratoire;

• Agir comme référence technique et coordonner les activités du laboratoire

• Concevoir, améliorer et documenter les bancs d’essais électriques

• Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problématiques techniques liées aux essais

• Définir et mettre à jour les protocoles de tests

• Réaliser les essais électriques et rédiger les rapports techniques

• Offrir un support technique sur les équipements

• Collaborer aux projets d’automatisation et soutenir la production

• Promouvoir les normes de santé et sécurité

Profil recherché

• Excellentes connaissances en électricité et électronique

• Expérience en bancs d’essais haute tension

• Connaissance de LabVIEW

• Expérience en automatisation et systèmes de contrôle

• Leadership, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation

• Engagement envers la sécurité

Exigences

• Baccalauréat en génie électrique

• Ingénieur(e) membre de l’Ordre (obligatoire)
