Job description

Join us as a Product Manager at Sorella Labs, where you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and driving forward the development of Angstrom, a first-of-its-kind decentralized trading system at the forefront of MEV-aware application design. Working closely with our Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of our protocols and peripheral systems. This full-time, in-person role is based in our Soho, Manhattan office.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the development of Angstrom. Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of various development projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to align efforts and meet project goals Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process Track product milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership Support the implementation of best practices in project management Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including both Angstrom-related materials and internal resources like onboarding guides and process documentation.

Qualifications Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain / DeFi related projects Strong understanding of software development lifecycles Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA) and Github Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to Haves Familiarity with Rust programming language and its ecosystem Understanding of Ethereum and its development environment Previous experience in fintech or high-frequency trading environments Compensation Range $125k - $200k base salary + equity This is an expected compensation range but may vary depending on level of experience.
