Aerotek is actively hiring General Laborers, Firewatch Attendants, and Shipyard Support Personnel for upcoming work supporting U.S. Navy submarine maintenance and modernization projects in Hawaii.

Active Secret Clearance Required

This is an excellent opportunity for National Guard Members, Reservists, Veterans, and Transitioning Service Members looking to leverage their clearance and military experience in a civilian shipyard environment.

Job Duties:

• Firewatch for welding, cutting, and hot work operations

• Grinding, sanding, and surface preparation

• Assisting welders, shipfitters, and skilled trades personnel

• Material handling and heavy lifting

• Tool distribution and worksite support

• Cleaning and preparing work areas

• Following strict safety and security procedures

• Working aboard submarines and within shipyard facilities

Qualifications:

✅ Active Secret Clearance Required

✅ Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the shift

✅ Comfortable working in industrial and confined-space environments

✅ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

✅ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

✅ Ability to obtain base access if required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
