Job description

Under the supervision of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, conducts financial and labor analysis, optimizing labor resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all operations to maximize efficiency and earnings potential. The responsibilities blend financial analysis, workforce management, and strategic planning to ensure labor costs are aligned with business goals. The Labor Analyst supports the evaluation of service standards from departments throughout the property to ensure quality and timely delivery of all standards through real-time observations of staff. This individual will interact and engage with staff by experiencing all interactions from the perspective of a guest. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
