As part of our deep foundations, retention systems, and ground improvement services, we also provide a range of special applications and dewatering techniques. By implementing Design/Build, we execute projects quickly and effectively, allowing for timely collaboration with owners and contractors. Through our regional offices, we offer these services nationwide.

Job Title: Laborer


Location: Mountain West

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and other obstacles to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform site clean-up duties, ensuring all debris and hazards are removed and the site remains orderly.
  • Carry out other assignments and tasks as directed by management or supervisors.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in on-the-job training when necessary.
  • Performing various physical tasks on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, structural support, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.
  • Supporting the overall success of construction projects through diligent work and adherence to company protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs, and working in all weather conditions.
  • Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is preferred but not required. Hands-on construction experience such as installing rebar, placing concrete, and operating construction equipment (forklifts, skid steers) is a plus.
  • Punctual, dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess the skills to work safely and efficiently and maintain a focus on adhering to company values and strategic goals.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, handle overtime, and have reliable transportation.
