Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) free from moving violations
  • Embraces a lean culture and work environment
  • Reviews paperwork for completeness and accuracy
  • Checks orders for accuracy, correct addresses, and support documentation
  • Follows established loading procedures and assists in unloading as required
  • Drives truck to jobsites as instructed and assists area personnel as needed
  • Leaves the appropriate paperwork and secures the required signatures on delivery documents
  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
  • Completes required forms and paperwork accurately and according to Company procedures
  • Keeps vehicles well maintained, safe, and secure
  • Performs special projects as required
  • Uses safety equipment as prescribed by company to ensure safety on jobsite
  • As a safety sensitive position, complete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by company
  • In-person, predictable attendance at assigned location

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Colorado Motor Vehicle License
  • DOT Physical Required
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Reportย 
  • Required to join, or currently belong to the Local 720 Laborers Union

EXPERIENCE

One (1) to two (2) year of delivery experience preferred
