Commercial Roofing Laborer

Location: Virginia

Job type: Full-time

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our commercial roofing team. This role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial roofing systems, including flat roofs, TPO, EPDM, and built-up roofing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights, in various weather conditions, and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the removal of old roofing materials and debris
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
  • Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment
  • Support roofers with the installation of commercial roofing systems
  • Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:
