Title: Construction Laborer
Location: Project sites across NYC, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut
Reports to: Site Superintendents
Position Overview:
CMTA, formerly known as AMA Design Build, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support daily operations on high-end residential
and commercial construction projects. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites, as well as protecting newly installed
finishes and existing structures.

AMA Group employs 200+ dedicated and talented professionals; founded in 2000 in New York City, we've grown to provide a comprehensive suite of
services across national offices in New York, New Jersey, California, Florida, and Texas.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily site maintenance, including sweeping, trash removal, and debris disposal into designated dumpsters
  • Install temporary protective coverings on floors, walls, and other finished surfaces to prevent damage during construction
  • Assist with general labor tasks needed to support site supervisors and tradespeople
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Travel to job sites throughout NYC, Northern NJ, and Southern CT as required

Education: High School Diploma
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience on construction sites preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites

Hourly Range: $22.00 - $24.00
