Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Entry-Level Greenhouse Laborer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in greenhouse, agricultural, or general labor work. Previous greenhouse or similar experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily greenhouse operations and general labor tasks
  • Plant, move, water, and care for plants as needed
  • Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
  • Perform other physical labor duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and remain active for the duration of the shift
  • Dependable and willing to learn
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Previous greenhouse, landscaping, agricultural, warehouse, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
