Overview:
The Laborer I will perform a variety of tasks to support construction operations, including material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled tradespeople. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and advance their career with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Material Handling:
-    Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials, equipment, and tools, ensuring safe and efficient handling and transportation to designated work areas.
-    Organize and maintain construction materials, supplies, and equipment on-site, keeping inventory well-organized and accessible to crew members.

2.    Site Cleanup:
-    Perform general cleanup and debris removal at construction sites, including sweeping, shoveling, and disposing of waste materials in designated containers or disposal areas.
-    Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and housekeeping standards.

3.    Assistance to Skilled Trades:
-    Provide assistance and support to skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, ironworkers, and welders, by fetching tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
-    Assist with simple construction tasks, such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, and setting up scaffolding, under the direction of experienced workers.

4.    Safety Compliance:
