Roadway/Pavement Marking Field Laborers, Experienced Line Stripers & Summer 2026 Opportunities
Mark-A-Lot, Inc., a leading pavement marking and parking lot maintenance contractor on the South Shore, is hiring dependable individuals to join our growing team.
Positions Available:
- Experienced Parking Lot & Roadway Line Stripers / Crew Leaders
- Construction Field Laborers (entry-level opportunities available for reliable, motivated individuals willing to learn the trade)
- CDL Class A Street Sweeper Driver/Laborer (must possess a valid Class A CDL to transport a street sweeper and trailer to and from job sites; asphalt milling experience is a plus)
- Litter Control Vac Truck Driver (overnight position requiring the ability to work independently. Applicants should be dependable, self-motivated, responsible, and conscientious, with the ability to work safely and productively with minimal supervision.)
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, safety-minded team players with a strong work ethic who enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Experience in pavement marking, road construction, paving, landscaping, trucking, or related trades is a plus.
This is not a routine 9-to-5 position. Work schedules vary based on weather, project schedules, customer needs, and seasonal demands. Early mornings, late finishes, overnights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
Compensation:
$24.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on the position, experience, qualifications, demonstrated skill level, and applicable licenses or certifications.
The advertised pay range reflects multiple field positions with varying responsibilities and qualifications. Individual starting pay is determined based on the position, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, applicable licenses or certifications, and other job-related factors.
Minimum Requirements for All Field Positions:
- OSHA 10 (Construction)
- Valid Medical DOT Certificate
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
