What is a laborer cutter?

Laborer cutters are workers who use hand tools or power equipment to cut, trim, or remove excess material from manufactured products. They often work in industries such as textiles, food processing, or manufacturing, where they may cut fabric, meat, plastic, or metal items according to specifications.
