Description

Custom Agri Systems Inc. is a leading industrial and mechanical contractor specializing in design, construction and service of grain handling equipment. We have been family owned and operated for over 43 years and are committed to providing quality workmanship to our customers and a great place to work for our employees. 

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team! If you're comfortable using hand tools, can read a measuring tape accurately, and aren't afraid of heights, we want to hear from you. This position is 


Job Duties Include:

  • Use of basic hand and power tools
     
  • Measuring and cutting materials to spec
     
  • Assisting with various construction or installation tasks
     
  • Working at elevated heights
     
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
     
  • Following instructions from supervisors and working as part of a team


  •  Work Environment: 
  • This role requires regular outdoor work in various weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working outside for extended periods.  

Pay:

  • Competitive pay based on experience

Requirements

 Requirements: 

 ? Must be able to accurately read a tape measure  

? Comfortable working at heights 

? Reliable transportation and strong work ethic  

? Prior general labor or construction experience is a plus, but not required  

? Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday  
  • Occasional weekend work depending on project needs
