We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in New York City. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a critical role in handling general liability and commercial litigation cases, with a focus on premises, construction, labor law, auto/trucking, and commercial disputes.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Represent clients in various general liability and commercial litigation matters, including premises liability, construction disputes, labor law claims, and commercial litigation
โ€ข Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and develop case strategies
โ€ข Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
โ€ข Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation and arbitration proceedings

Requirements:
