Construction Crew Team Member

Join Our Growing Team and Build Beautiful Pools!

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Construction Crew and help us create stunning vinyl and gunite pools. As a Construction Crew Team Member, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learn valuable skills, and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site excavation and preparation for pool installations.
  • Perform construction tasks such as forming, pouring, and finishing concrete; assembling steel walls; transporting materials; and installing pool plumbing and electrical conduit under supervision.
  • Set up and maintain equipment at job sites.
  • Operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow directions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with your team.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is required.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and small power tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum of construction experience
  • Ability to lift at least 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
