Job description

General Labor

  • Assemble kits and package products according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by properly storing and staging materials.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, cleaning, organizing, and replenishing supplies.
  • Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production teams as needed.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure quality and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as authorized.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, production, assembly, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in different areas of the warehouse.
  • Knowledge on using a RF Scanner

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work on concrete floors for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
