General Laborer/Assembler

We are searching for several hardworking individuals to join the Assembly team in Brighton MI.

  • 1st shift: 7am - 3:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm / Monday to Friday.
  • Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401k Retirement Savings, Life Insurance, PTO/Sick Time, and Holiday Pay.

The General Laborer/Assembler will be responsible for working as part of a fast-paced team environment, building and assembling custom crates and packaging for automotive, military, and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout all tasks
  • Support various production activities as needed to meet daily operational targets
  • Conduct basic inspections of finished products for quality assurance

Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing, shop, or transferrable mechanical experience preferred
