Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), laboratory information management systems (LIMS), and credential verification tools is highly beneficial. Professionals in laboratory staffing often face challenges such as matching highly specialized candidates to niche scientific roles, adapting to rapidly changing project timelines, and staying updated with compliance requirements.
