Job Title: Medical Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Location: Northern Georgia

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general laboratory operations, including blood bank experience. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across laboratory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage quality assurance activities in the laboratory.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

  • Review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.

  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to implement best practices.

  • Support training and development programs for laboratory personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in general laboratory operations, including blood bank procedures.

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes in a medical lab setting.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Certification in laboratory quality or relevant medical lab certification is a plus.
