We are seeking an Associate Project Delivery Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Marietta, GA.

Job Summary:
Manage all laboratory aspects of assigned clinical trial projects or customer programs throughout the study lifecycle. Serve as the primary customer contact after study award while ensuring delivery aligns with standard operating procedures, policies, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead study setup activities, including protocol and budget reviews, kickoff meetings, project plans, milestones, and risk, issue, and action logs
  • Partner with study setup teams to ensure high-quality database configuration and preparation of protocol-specific documentation and meeting materials
  • Monitor project management plans, timelines, deliverables, study documentation, eTMF filing, study reporting, and closeout activities
  • Manage study scope changes, budgets, service-related issues, and quality concerns, implementing corrective actions and sharing lessons learned
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating communication across operational teams, sites, CRAs, and other stakeholders
  • Serve as an escalation point for study-level issues and coordinate the triage and resolution of study-specific risks and challenges
  • Represent IQVIA Laboratories at investigator meetings, customer meetings, audits, inspections, bid defense meetings, and other internal or external forums
  • Deliver study-specific training to sites, CRAs, customers, and less experienced team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences and/or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year project management / project set up experience
  • Working knowledge of project management processes and central laboratory operations, including kits and supplies, logistics, laboratory operations, specimen storage, data reporting and transfers, and site alerts
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems, or equivalent experience with similar centralized laboratory systems
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer management skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, sites, and customers
  • Working understanding of medical and clinical research terminology, with experience supporting Phase I-IV clinical trials preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language
  • Ability to lead cross-functional communication, manage escalations, and coordinate the resolution of project-level issues

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,200.00 - $133,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
