They work under the supervision of medical technologists or laboratory managers in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs. Their duties include preparing specimens, operating complex laboratory equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of test results. MLTs play a crucial role in supporting patient care by providing critical data to physicians.
