Job description

Job Summary:
North West Labs is seeking a Laboratory IT professional to manage their networking platform. The role involves troubleshooting network and system issues, performing maintenance on equipment, and setting up lab interfaces.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the networking platform
• Troubleshoot network & system issues
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Set up lab interfaces
• Push results
• Fix and start up new computers, laptops and printers
• Create training portals
• Create new accounts in the system
• May require some travel for training sessions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Previous experience with EMR systems and HL7 integrations.
• Familiarity with ELLKAY and or/other HL7 interoperability vendors.
• 3 years of IT experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
