TheLabcorpLabon Halseyis seeking a Project Analyst to join its team inPortland, OR.

Work Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between scientists, laboratory technicalstaffand management in support of diagnostics.

  • Compile, analyze, and document laboratory test performance confirming validity for method validations, verifications, method correlations, linearity evaluations, and carryover studies.

  • Serve as the primary laboratory technical liaison for two affiliated hospital systems.

  • Respond to laboratory process questions and provide guidanceregardingtesting procedures, workflows, and laboratory operations.

  • Field and research questions from QA or testing personnel.

  • Assistwith onboarding, monitoring, and documentation of training and routine regulatory functions.

  • Assistwith preparation for CAP and other accreditation surveys.

  • Identifyrecurring process problems and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Adhere to the standard operating procedures and safety requirements ofLabcorp, CLIA< CAP, ICH GCP, and other regulatory bodies.

  • Followsany other job-related instructions andperformsany otherjob relatedduties requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemicalor Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology

  • 1 year or more of clinical laboratory experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3 year or more of clinical laboratory experience

  • Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technician (MLS/MLT) certification

Additional Job Standards:

  • Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations and quality systems

  • Experience with laboratory quality management, validation studies, and regulatory compliance

  • Computerproficiency- MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, EP Evaluator

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, resource demands, and conflicts with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
