Role: Payroll Manager

Location: Glendale, Arizona

Pay Rate: $38 - $44 / Hour

Job Responsibilities:

·        Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including timekeeping, payroll runs, wage/rate changes, overtime, corrections, and recurring payroll transactions

·        Process employee deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, PTO payouts, sick time adjustments, garnishments, and final pay transactions

·        Maintain payroll tax compliance and respond to federal and state payroll audit requests

·        Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports, including overtime analysis, certified payroll (Davis-Bacon), employee loan balances, and general ledger transactions

·        Partner with the Controller and cross-functional departments to review payroll reporting, compliance, and operational needs

·        Complete annual payroll responsibilities, including tax liability reporting and year-end payroll close activities

·        Ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll deadlines, including payroll processing, reporting, audits, and site visits

Requirements:

·        Experience working in the construction industry

·        Fluent in Spanish

·        Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
