Brickmont at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to support clinical staffing operations within our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in ensuring appropriate coverage, budget alignment, and quality service delivery. In senior living, effective staffing directly impacts resident care and team morale.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs
  • Ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgeted labor hours
  • Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
  • Coordinate work assignments and staffing adjustments as needed
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new care team members
  • Track training requirements and assist with competency documentation
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings to support staffing and resident care needs
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare staffing reports
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA)
  • Prior experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management
  • Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
