Labor Solutions is seeking a motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator to manage the hiring, coordination, and recruitment of temporary employees to meet customer workforce demands. This role supports and enforces all company policies and procedures while ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
Hours: 9:30 am. to 6:00pm
Salary: $19hr.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees based on customer job orders
- Follow all company hiring guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Source candidates for specific job openings by reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, and administering employment tests
- Maintain accurate and complete employee records, including applications, hiring documentation, policies, procedures, I-9 forms, and tax documents
- Work closely with the Office Manager to provide daily employee headcounts to customers
- Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and workplace safety
- Partner with the Office Manager to report workplace injuries, policy violations, and employee conduct issues
- Provide coaching, discipline, and termination when necessary
- Track attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions using the company’s T.W. network system
- Maintain positive client relationships and assist in resolving staffing challenges
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Must be comfortable working outdoors as needed for job fairs, employee appreciation events, and community flyer distribution
