Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations, with a strong focus on labor solutions for data center projects. This role will be responsible for developing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly within the data center and construction sectors

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships related to data center labor staffing and support services

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide regular reporting to executive leadership

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales leadership role (Director, Senior Manager, or similar)
