Job description

Our Commercial Division is seeking a Junior Electrical Technician. This entry-level role supports jobsite preparation, material handling, and conduit preparation while learning to perform standard electrical installation tasks under the supervision of a Licensed Electrical Supervisor. This position is designed to help develop foundational skills and build a sustainable labor pipeline within the division.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with staging, tool setup, unloading, conduit prep, and jobsite cleanup.
  • Support wire pulls, labeling, and equipment mounting under direct supervision.
  • Learn standard work: torque, labeling, photo documentation, and safe ladder/lift practices.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years experience; trade school or mechanical aptitude a plus.
  • Coachability, reliability, and willingness to travel.

Travel and schedule:
  • Travel expected; ensure per diem/overnight policy is clear from day one.
