Hospital - Highland Community Hospital

Location - Picayune, MS

Openings - Full-time, Part-time, PRN

This opportunity involves working collaboratively with local obstetricians to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician every time. We are seeking OB/GYNs with exceptional clinical and communication skills, a passion for healthcare quality improvement, and a desire to shape the future of our specialty.

About Highland Community Hospital

Highland Community Hospital, part of Forrest Health, is a full-service acute care hospital with a Level III NICU. The hospital manages approximately 170 annual deliveries. The only acute-care hospital in Pearl River County, Highland Community Hospital has been designated as a Baby-Friendly Facility.

Schedule

  • Typical schedule consists of 5 on/10 off.

  • Clinic M-F, 8a-5p, and on-call after hours.

  • Only on call Saturday and Sunday.

Site Director - We are also searching for a site director at this location if you are interested in leadership opportunities. A unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with meaningful leadership and program development. This hands-on leadership role blends active OB hospitalist care with oversight of program quality, team performance, and strategic collaboration with hospital leadership, nursing, and the local OB community.
