Role Description The Associate Attorney role is a full-time, on-site position located in Spokane, WA. This role involves handling litigation and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to construction, real estate, and business law. The Associate Attorney will conduct legal research, provide well-reasoned legal advice to clients, participate in negotiations, and assist with case strategy and preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials.
