LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Oregon City, Oregon.

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum period.
  • Assess and monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
  • Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and postpartum recovery.
  • Provide newborn assessments, education, and support to new families.
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, pediatric providers, and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Document patient care accurately using Epic.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience (1โ€“1.5 years considered with manager review; candidates must be submitted for clinical screening).
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • LDRP experience with postpartum care is required.
  • Ability to float within scope of practice based on unit needs.
  • Strong maternal, fetal, and newborn assessment skills.
