Job description

Serves as a strategic partner to technology leaders, providing end-to-end oversight of resource investments, workforce planning, and third-party spend to ensure financial stewardship and alignment with organizational priorities. Owns the processes, governance, and reporting that enable leaders to effectively manage budgets, hiring plans, contractor/vendor engagements, and funding changes while maintaining a trusted source of financial and portfolio data.

Core Responsibilities may include

  • Manage and track labor, contractor, and vendor spend across the organization, ensuring budget adherence and transparency.
  • Concierge hiring and workforce planning processes, including headcount management, requisitions, hiring forecasts, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Maintain the "gold source" of resource data, delivering insights that support portfolio, budget, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with FP&A and leadership teams on forecasting, reforecasting, financial flexibility exercises, and budget optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
