Job Description
We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, palletizing products, wrapping pallets, and preparing shipments for distribution. Candidates must be comfortable performing physically demanding work and maintaining productivity standards throughout the shift. Overtime is mandatory, and employees are expected to remain on-site until all assigned work is completed.
Responsibilities
  1. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  2. Palletize products according to customer and warehouse specifications
  3. Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment
  4. Move materials throughout the warehouse using manual equipment as needed
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity expectations
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Must be able to speak/understand Spanish.
  2. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
