Pay: $17.10 per hour
Job Summary: A Manufacturing & Production Worker creates, builds, assembles, and verifies factory items.
Hours: 10PM - 6AM PM Sunday night - Thursday night, Overtime as required.
Duties: Create or assemble finished products through the use of various tools or machinery. They are part of an assembly line of workers, each with specific roles in the production process. Here are some of the day-to-day tasks:
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Assemble products according to specifications.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management and material handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor production processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

They will learn on-the-job, but practical experience using tools or machinery, or working as part of a production line, will prepare the applicant for the role. General laborers already have a basic understanding of how to manage the workflow.
