What Will You Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to:
  • partition inserters
  • product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
  • foil dispensers
  • top closers
  • palletization equipment
    Manual responsibilities include:
  • loading, building and making boxes
  • hand packaging of bottles
  • loading labels
    Maintenance includes:
  • perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure
    smooth operations
    Material Handling:
  • Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or
    other raw materials
    Documentation:
  • Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or
    any visual quality checks
  • Perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector,
    partition inserter, top sealer, ...)
  • Applies correct labels
  • Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product,
    labels and packaging integrity for defects
  • Housekeeping
  • Perform Autonomous maintenance

  • Labeling Accuracy: Maintains a labeling accuracy rate of 100% by consistently following all labeling procedures without deviation.
  • Quality Control Compliance: Performs all required quality checks with 100% completion and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects per standard operating
    procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Min. 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
  • Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
  • High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
