Rx Labels provides high-quality, customizable labeling solutions that help independent pharmacies operate more efficiently and deliver a better patient experience. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven salesperson to help us expand our reach nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Cold Caller to connect with independent pharmacies and introduce them to our products. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or telemarketing, knows how to keep conversations engaging, and can confidently communicate value while handling objections.

If you thrive on talking to people, love closing deals, and are passionate about helping small businesses, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to independent pharmacies across the U.S.
  • Introduce and promote Rx Labels’ products and solutions.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor on every call.
  • Identify needs, communicate benefits clearly, and address questions or objections.
  • Track daily activity, follow up with warm leads, and assist in moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales, cold calling, or telemarketing experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to stay confident, positive, and professional during high call volumes.
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects toward next steps.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
