Overview
In this role, you will play a critical part in operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and preparing finished products while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with established work instructions and operating procedures.
  • Monitor machine operation and production output to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conforming products; remove defective products from production and notify supervision as needed.
  • Use approved measuring devices, scales, gauges, or other tools to verify product specifications when required.
  • Remove, inspect, trim, assemble, package, and label finished products according to customer and production requirements.
  • Verify product quantities and complete required production documentation, reports, and recordkeeping activities.
  • Notify supervision of quality concerns, material shortages, equipment concerns, or production interruptions.
  • Maintain awareness of machine operation and report unusual conditions or alarms to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each shift.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operating guidelines.
  • Cover breaks for other machine operators as needed.
  • Assist with basic production support activities as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
