Purpose

This role manages various production activities like assembly, material forming or shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc. to ensure production excellence and to meet established specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, quality 

Key Missions
  • Works on routine tasks or follows standard procedures
  • Ensures completion of all work within service-level agreements 
  • Operates and maintains production equipment through identifying and performing first line diagnostics and complying with operating procedures 
  • Contributes actively to the business performance of production 
  • Highlights any opportunities for improvement and participates in process improvement teams 
  • Supports to production integrated into the flow (quality control, controls and preparation of raw materials, supply management, etc.) or to machine operation, etc. 
  • Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation 
  • Job allocation on machines based on production training matrix
  • Communicate with Team Lead and Supervisor regarding current production capabilities status
  • Prioritization of different jobs (customers)
  • Perform all required checks for each different process that you perform on the floor
  • Quantity reconciliation based on job throughout each process
  • Ensure proper transfer of product depending on what process you are performing
  • Ensure the correct follow-up on specific quality monitoring procedures
  • Any other tasks or duties assigned by the team leader or supervisor
