We offer pre-made spouted pouches or the individual parts separately to ultimately provide an innovative, flexible, portable, and highly functional system designed to meet the industry's strictest safety standards. Our premade pouches feature a sealed-in, easy flow spout with a re-closeable, tamper-evident cap, and are available in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and materials.

Job Description

Essential functions and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Responsible for line quality on straw sealers
  • Produce product according to work-order traveler specifications
  • Package product according to specifications
  • Start and stop equipment
  • Label boxes according to specifications
  • Responsible for production output of straw sealing lines
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities as requested
  • Report any potential food safety, quality of food defense concerns to the Supervisor or quality personnel
  • Maintains product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systems
  • Follow all documented Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Must follow all company policies and procedures

Non-essential skills and experience:

  • Other duties as required

  • Perform all daily duties in a safe manner
  • Continuously supply, operate, and respond to 3 assigned machines

Physical demands and work environment:

  • Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls: reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is/or may be exposed to high noise levels that require hearing protection.  Employee may also be required to wear safety glasses and/or safety gloves.
