SIMOS is hiring Warehouse Production Associates in New Kensington, PA, for one of our premier clients. In this role, you will learn to operate embroidery equipment and help create customized products in a fast-paced production environment. Training is provided, but candidates must be capable and willing to learn the embroidery process and develop this skill.
Shifts & Pay:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $15.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $16.00/hr

Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Incentives:
  • Pay Increase Opportunity: Associates who successfully complete training will be eligible for a $2 pay increase.
  • $50 Training Completion Bonus after successfully completing training.
  • $50 Attendance Incentive after 120 hours of employment.

  • Use a computer and scanner to track work

  • 6+ months of recent warehouse experience
  • Ability to read and communicate in English; follow work instructions, labels, and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with moving equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
