Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking a dependable, motivated Production Cook to join our food production team. We manufacture fresh, high-quality food products in a fast-paced production environment. If you take pride in preparing quality food while following strict food safety standards, we'd like to meet you.

Position Summary

The Production Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, portioning, and packaging food products according to standardized recipes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous cooking or food production experience preferred
  • Valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Training Card
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and food safety procedures

Preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in commercial kitchens, food manufacturing, or high-volume restaurant production
  • Knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and sanitation procedures
